17 Jan, 2013 1 comment All life areas

The New Year brings with it the promise of a new beginning, new opportunities and changes. And as convention goes, if you have  a new year resolution up your sleeve and want to make it into a daily habit, all you need to do is stay strong for 21 days. While the magical properties of the number 21 are unclear, what is clear now is that habit formation theories  which suggest it takes on an average about 21 days for an action to become a habit, are in fact false.
